My work is about remembering those quiet, precious moments that one tends to forget. I want re‐capture the forgotten moments in a life. I believe a landscape can be a portrait of someone, and through printmaking, watercolor painting and sewing I have captured the true identity of my family. I want to suggest that I am evoking an aesthetic that I call Contemporary Victorian; an admixture of delicate and bold traditions of the new and the old.
